Alaska on Olympic/National Team

Jessica Schultz from the Anchorage Curling Club is playing second on the National Champion Cassie Johnson rink. They won the US Olympic/world trials in Madison, Wi and came in second at the worlds in Paisley, Scotland. Jessica and her team will represent the US at the 2006 Olympics in Italy next February.

The team indicated with hammer plays red rocks and practices 1st for 10 minutes starting 30 minutes before game time. Team without hammer plays blue rocks and practices for 10 minutes starting 15 minutes before game. Ice is swept but not pebbled after practice.

All games are 8 ends. WCF rules (same as USCA).

Hammer and rock color for tiebreaker games shall be determined by a coin flip.
